Operation Deep Freeze (ODF) is Tucson’s winter severe-weather emergency shelter for people experiencing homelessness. When ODF goes into effect, a limited number of overflow shelter beds are available for people seeking safe shelter from the weather. This notice does not mean ODF is on, please check the current status from the Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness (TPCH).
