Sue was great and a big help to me. I inquired about an appraisal for my dad’s property and she graciously provided me with 4-5 names of those with whom she works, knowing we have a likely buyer lined up, resulting in no profit to her. She did not push me to enlist her as an agent; in fact, she never mentioned it. Her focus was on helping me instead. That shows character and a service-first approach to people! If we do end up needing to enlist an agent, you can be assured I will call her 🙂
