Sue was very professional, knowledgeable about the market, hard-working, honest, and attentive. She was very generous with her time and really listened to our specs. She was also very patient, pleasant, and positive. I cannot recommend Sue highly enough because she was terrific across the board. Five stars all the way. She advised ...  Show more Sue was able to provide valuable consultation for us regarding an in-gross easement claim by our neighbors who were using a portion of our property to get into theirs. She advised us to consult with our Title Insurance Agent to see if they can advise us on what to do. We did consult the Title Insurance Agent and after investigation they provided us a settlement which included costs for legal and appraisal fees. Had we not consulted with our Title Insurance Agent we would not have been able to offset a portion of the legal and appraisal fees that we incurred due to our neighbors threatening litigation against us. We avoided litigation and resolved the issue by selling a portion of the unusable land to our neighbors. Sue is an excellent source for real estate advise!!

Well... nearly: Sue Steinmann was our eyes and ears on the transaction and I can't think of what more she might have done to help us see and feel the place from a thousand miles away! Live video tours, live interviews with inspectors, live conversations with handyman and workers... the only thing to make it more live would have been to turn over a rock in the garden and found a scorpion!
